Under the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, we provide this channel to report illegal content, fraudulent listings, or other non-compliant material on the Doyk directory. All valid reports are investigated within 5 business days.

What we can act on

  • Listings containing illegal content or promoting illegal services
  • Fraudulent, forged, or materially misleading professional credentials
  • Impersonation of a real professional, business, or regulatory body
  • Content that harasses, threatens, or targets a specific individual
  • Suspected money laundering or financial crime connected to a listing
  • Intellectual property or copyright infringement (see also our IP Takedown page)
  • Data protection or privacy violations

We are not able to act on commercial disputes, negative reviews, or complaints about the quality of a professional's work — those should be directed to the professional's regulatory body or redress scheme.
